Bexar Powder Coating & Blasting started with a simple belief: the finish is only as good as the prep underneath it. We saw too many coatings fail early because the metal underneath wasn't clean, and too many customers given a price before anyone looked at the job. We built this shop to do it differently.

Powder coating and abrasive blasting are all we do. We don't spread ourselves thin. Every job starts with blasting and cleaning down to bare metal, because that's what makes the powder bond clean and hold its color and gloss in the San Antonio sun. We cure in an oven, so the coating flows into a hard, even finish — and we tell you honestly when a part or surface isn't right for a given process.

We treat customers the way we'd want to be treated: a straight price before we start, a realistic timeframe, careful work, and pick-up that stays on schedule. If something isn't right, we make it right. That's the workmanship guarantee we stand behind on every job.
